Designed to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and limit the effects of aging.
Athletes Yoga
A yoga practice for athletic and advance students that emphasis on stillness and fluidity. This yoga practice helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina while stretching and limbering up muscles and prepares them for any sporting activity. It is most valuable to lengthen over-used, over-developed, and shortened muscles to minimize injuries and correct body imbalances. In addition, decreasing the lactic acid build-up in the body, allowing the body to feel less and less sore; which in result the recovery time between sporting activity is shorter.
